We seek someone with a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. We value autonomy, organization, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure. Mastery of major design tools is essential, as is a constant willingness to learn and grow. **Desired Profile** * Higher education degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field; * Proven experience of at least 3 years in an advertising agency environment; * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); * Strong creative ability and refined aesthetic sense; * Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask; * Team spirit, proactivity, and attention to detail; * Knowledge of motion design or UI/UX will be considered an advantage. **Responsibilities / Functions** * Development of graphic materials for 360° communication campaigns (online and offline); * Creation of visual identities, logos, and corporate materials; * Adaptation of campaigns to different formats and media; * Direct collaboration with creative, marketing, and digital teams; * Support in developing presentations and creative proposals; * Ensuring brand visual consistency across all produced materials. **Conditions** * Employment contract * Hybrid work arrangement (remote and on-site) * Location: Lisbon * Integration into a young and dynamic team * Benefits package * Fixed-term contract * Full-time * Hybrid (Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal)
