We are a remote team with a Lisbon office, having recently raised \~$4M seed round with incredible investors from Strava, OpenAI, and Meta. **Requirements:** * Ideally has held a Head of Growth (or equivalent senior growth leadership) role at another business before * Strong numbers/business\-driven mindset combined with strong product sense * Core focus: deciding where to allocate growth resources across markets and channels (e.g. should we invest more in South Africa vs. the US, more in SEO in a given region, etc.) * High\-level understanding of the business overall, able to translate that into resourcing decisions across channels and geographies * Based in Lisbon **Conditions:** * Based in Lisbon * Salary: no fixed budget.
