**Senior Data Engineer**
Milestone is looking for a Senior Data Engineer with experience in Microsoft Fabric to join a Telecommunications client and reinforce the team responsible for evolving and operating the corporate data platform.
**What we value:**
· More than 7 years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles;
· Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure, including development and operation of data solutions;
· Proficiency in Data Lakehouse and Medallion architectures, and Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers;
· Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline optimization;
· Knowledge of Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, T\-SQL, and PL/SQL;
· Experience with notebooks, Lakehouses, Delta Lake, Fabric Warehouse, and Semantic Models;
· Experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling;
· Knowledge of Data Lineage, metadata management, Data Quality, and Master Data Management;
· Experience in data testing, Data Acceptance Testing, and functional validation;
· Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies;
· Microsoft certifications, Telecommunications domain knowledge, and experience in data platform migration or modernization are highly valued;
· Customer- and business-oriented mindset, planning, organization, rigor, process focus, and communication; hybrid work model.
**Your mission:**
· Develop and operate solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers;
· Create notebooks, pipelines, and integrations, defining technical requirements, data models, and acceptance criteria;
· Deliver governed, reliable datasets for reporting, analytics, operations, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives;
· Implement CI/CD for platform artifacts, ensuring controlled promotion, traceability, and collaboration with IT, Data Governance, Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and business teams.
