The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in specialty coffee, knowledge of brewing methods, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, adhering to recipes and both traditional and contemporary brewing methods. * Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring safety and hygiene. * Greet customers courteously and attentively, offering menu recommendations. * Participate in trainings and workshops on coffee and market trends. **Minimum Requirements** · **Be over 18 years of age;** · **Good command of English** **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of different coffee extraction methods (espresso, pour-over, French press, etc.): * Proficiency in operating coffee equipment * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Prior experience as a Barista or in related roles will be considered an advantage. *\*Initial training and onboarding provided by the company* Type of position: Part-time Work location: On-site
