We are looking for an experienced aviation maintenance professional to lead aircraft completion, modification, and maintenance activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance, and on\-time delivery. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership, supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic maintenance environment.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and coordinate aircraft maintenance, modification, and completion activities in accordance with approved technical data and company procedures
* Supervise daily work activities, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
* Ensure full compliance with EASA Part\-21 and Part\-145 requirements, including:
+ Aircraft inspections
+ Torque application and verification
+ Installation and verification of locking devices
+ Sealing procedures
+ Inserts installation
+ EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) requirements
* Verify that maintenance documentation, task sign\-offs, tool control, and inspection processes are completed accurately
* Perform certification and inspection duties within the scope of authorization, including return\-to\-service activities where applicable
* Identify, report, and support the resolution of technical issues and non\-conformities
* Ensure the correct use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft materials
* Promote a strong safety culture, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
* Support operational flexibility and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
**Qualifications**
* Valid EASA Part\-66 B1 and/or C Aircraft Maintenance License with relevant aircraft type ratings
* 5\+ years hands on experience in aircraft base maintenance
* 4\+ years of experience as Part\-21 Certifying Staff.
* Strong knowledge of Part\-21 and Part\-145 regulations and compliance requirements
* Team leadership, supervisory, or lead technician experience
* Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, airworthiness requirements, and aviation regulatory standards
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and support operational objectives
