We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Finance team as a **Treasury \& Accounts Payable Assistant**. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in efficiently managing hôma's financial flows, ensuring rigor, deadline compliance, and daily operational support. **Mission:** Ensure accurate management and control of payments, contributing to the reliability of treasury processes and fostering effective relationships with suppliers and banking institutions. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include…** * Managing and controlling payments (preparation, execution, and daily follow\-up), including international processes; * Communicating with suppliers and banks; * Supporting bank reconciliations; * Processing settlements and recording movements/transactions; * Performing administrative tasks inherent to treasury operations (managing pending lists, contacting banking institutions, and supporting internal requests from other departments). **What we value in your profile…** * Experience in treasury, accounts payable, or similar finance functions; * Proficiency in treasury software or ERP financial modules (experience with SAGE XRT is preferred); * Solid Excel skills (intermediate level), with ability to process and analyze data; * Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written), essential for regular contact with Spanish suppliers; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to deadlines; * Autonomous, dynamic profile with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
