




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Project Manager (Recent Graduate) – Real Estate (M/F) to support project management, planning, construction monitoring and control, and handover and post-sales activities. We aim to recruit a **Junior Project Manager (Recent Graduate) – Real Estate (M/F)** for our offices in Trofa. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * **Project Management Support (Pre-Construction)** Support in preparing technical and economic feasibility studies for new developments. Analysis of Municipal Master Plans (PDM), urban indices, and legal constraints related to land parcels. Coordination with external design teams (architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, telecommunications infrastructure (ITED), thermal performance, acoustics, and fire safety (SCIE)). Interdisciplinary coordination and verification of consistency among design documents. Monitoring licensing procedures with Municipal Councils, EDP (electricity provider), water utilities, and telecommunications operators. * **Planning and Control** Support in developing and updating project schedules (MS Project / Primavera). Support in budgetary control of developments (cost reports, variance analysis, quantity surveys). Preparation of bills of quantities, specifications, and tender documentation. Comparative analysis of contractor and supplier proposals. * **Construction Monitoring** Regular site visits to verify compliance with approved designs. Attendance at construction meetings, preparation of minutes, and tracking of pending items. Support in reviewing contractor’s measurement certificates and invoices. Management of errors, omissions, and extra works. Verification of schedule, cost, and quality compliance. * **Handover and Post-Sales** Support during final inspections, provisional handover, and definitive handover. Monitoring of warranty obligations and resolution of post-handover complaints. Preparation of the final technical dossier and final as-built drawings. ***Profile:*** * Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (graduation completed no more than 2 years prior to application). Registration with the Order of Engineers / Order of Architects (preferred but not mandatory). * English language proficiency (preferred); * Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project); * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Attention to detail and rigor; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. ***We Offer:*** * Permanent employment contract (following probationary period). * Structured training and integration plan.
