We are seeking a **Functional Analyst (Banking)** to join our company on one of our projects. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze business-identified requirements in application development projects and refine them; * Translate business needs into clear and complete functional specifications; * Model processes, data flows, and business rules within a banking context; * Support technical teams during application development and clarify functional queries; * Validate solutions through functional testing, including test plan preparation; * Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal banking sector rules; * Produce functional documentation, use cases, user stories, and operational manuals; * Coordinate with vendors and external teams when required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum professional experience of 2–3 years as a Functional Analyst in a banking environment; * Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: + Credit (consumer, mortgage, corporate) + Account opening; * Ability to analyze processes and design functional solutions; * Experience in functional testing and requirement validation; * Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders; * Experience defining and writing user stories (preferred); * Experience in functional testing (preferred). **Work arrangement:** * Hybrid (2 days per week onsite at the office in Damaia) **We offer:** * Unlimited access to Udemy; * 22 vacation days plus 3.5 days of tolerance per year; * Health insurance.
