Collaboration with technical, financial, and operational departments Equipment Management Information Technician (m/f)**Mission** Ensure the management, organization, and analysis of information related to the Group's equipment, guaranteeing data reliability and supporting decision-making in accordance with established internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** Information and Systems Management * Collect, validate, and update information related to the Group's equipment * Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity in SAP and other management systems * Extract, process, and analyze operational and financial data Reporting and Decision Support * Prepare and consolidate information to support decision-making * Support monthly closing processes and internal reporting * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) associated with equipment management Control and Coordination * Support budgetary control related to asset management and maintenance * Provide support to the Group's markets on matters related to equipment information * Collaborate with technical, financial, and operational departments in data consolidation * Contribute to continuous improvement of information management processes **Job Requirements and Competency Profile** Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with particular emphasis on Excel * Good command of English Desirable Requirements * Experience with SAP * Experience in analytical accounting and management control * Experience in the construction and mining equipment sector Behavioral Competencies * Rigor and attention to detail * Analytical ability * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility * Proactivity and results orientation * Team spirit and strong communication skills
