Imagine yourself at BiG!** We are looking to recruit a candidate to join the Credit Risk Team to perform the following activities: **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparing risk analyses of entities and counterparties; * Monitoring credit risk across the Bank's various portfolios; * Preparing reports and presentations related to credit risk management activities; * Assessing and controlling the evolution of impairments in securities and loan portfolios; * Developing and implementing specific Risk Department projects; * Interacting with Business and Product areas; * Analyzing and implementing regulatory guidelines and requirements. **Working Hours:** 09:00 to 18:00 **Location:** Lisbon – hybrid format ### **Minimum Requirements** **What we are looking for:** * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or Finance; * Proficiency in English (spoken and written); * Experience: up to 3 years, preferably in risk management or other internal control functions within the financial sector, particularly in investment banking or risk management consulting services; * Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility; * Excellent organizational, planning, and constructive discussion abilities; * Proactive, dynamic mindset and strong teamwork orientation, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * High commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and confidentiality; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (knowledge of Python is an advantage); **What we offer:** * Joining a solid, demanding, and predominantly digital institution; * Building a career in investment banking; * Being part of a young and dynamic team; * Opportunity to interact with various departments across the Bank, enabling a holistic understanding of the institution’s operations; * A merit-based culture offering career advancement opportunities based on individual and collective performance. **At BiG, we grow with everyone’s input.
