Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Certified Accountant to lead the finance team and ensure excellence in accounting, tax, and legal compliance within a stem cell cryopreservation company. Integration into an internationally listed corporate group **About Us** We are a market-leading company in the field of stem cell cryopreservation, part of an internationally listed corporate group. **What We Are Looking For** A Certified Accountant to strengthen our finance team, assume leadership of the department (a team of three people), and guarantee excellence in the organization’s accounting, tax, and legal execution. **Main Responsibilities** · Full management of day-to-day accounting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance · Coordination and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings · Fulfillment of all tax and reporting obligations (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Stamp Duty, withholding taxes, among others) · Management of labor and social security obligations, including payroll processing · Liaison with tax authorities, external auditors, and regulatory bodies · Supervision and development of the accounting team **Required Profile** · Certified Accountant with valid registration at the Portuguese Order of Certified Accountants (OCC) · Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in equivalent roles · Fluent command of English, both written and spoken — mandatory requirement · Proficiency in Excel — mandatory requirement · Familiarity with ERP systems Cegid and/or Primavera — preferred · Experience in an international context or within a multinational corporate group — preferred · Qualification enabling registration as a credit intermediary with the Bank of Portugal — preferred · Rigorous, organized profile with demonstrated team leadership capability **What We Offer** · Hybrid work arrangement, to be agreed with management · Health insurance · Meal allowance via card · 25 days of annual leave **How to Apply** Mandatory application via the form at: https://forms.gle/4n19AGCAKMm17Yed7 by April 30, 2026\.
