We are currently seeking to strengthen our team with an AI Strategy Consultant who will have the opportunity to participate in strategic and digital transformation projects, driving the continuous evolution of our consulting practice. Your Role * Ability to drive AI adoption initiatives with clients and internally at NTT DATA, facilitating ideation sessions, workshops, pilots, proofs of concept, and change management initiatives; * Understanding of business challenges and translation into AI application opportunities, identifying use cases, expected benefits, risks, functional requirements, and success criteria; * Hybrid (functional-technical) profile, capable of collaborating with technical teams on exploring, designing, and validating AI solutions—even without direct responsibility for technical development. Your Profile * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science and Management, Data Science, Management, Economics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic and business consulting, digital transformation, and technology solution projects; * Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence topics, particularly Generative AI, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, copilots, agents, virtual assistants, analytics, or data-driven solutions; * Strong motivation to learn concepts such as LLMs, prompting, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms, system integration, and structured/unstructured data; * Analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and a positive attitude; * Organizational skills, autonomy, communication skills, and teamwork ability; * Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
