Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and apply Agile methodologies with strong communication and leadership skills. Team-oriented mindset and proactive approach ### **Language Requirements** * Fluent in **Portuguese**. * Fluency in **English** is mandatory. * **Spanish** is optional. * **Immediate availability** ### **Academic Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field**. ### **Certification Requirements** * **Associate Web Developer** certification. * Certifications such as: + **PSM (Professional Scrum Master)** and/or **CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)** + **PMP (Project Management Professional)** ### **Professional Experience and Technical Skills Requirements** * Minimum of **10 years of professional experience in Project Management**. * Proven experience in **software development project management** and **coordination of multidisciplinary teams**. * Experience applying **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches). * Experience facilitating **Scrum ceremonies** and removing team impediments. * Experience managing **stakeholders, priorities, risks, dependencies, and release planning**. * Ability to manage **multiple projects and teams simultaneously**. * Excellent **communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills**. * Strong knowledge of **OutSystems best practices and architectural standards**. * Solid understanding of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, and/or PRINCE2\). * Extensive experience and proficiency in using **work management tools** such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft Project. * Knowledge of **planning, estimation, capacity management, roadmap development, and KPI tracking**. * Experience with **SQL Server**. * Competence in **risk management, scope change management, dependency management, and delivery control**. * Knowledge of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**, **DevOps**, and **Quality Assurance (QA)** processes. * Ability to analyze **performance metrics** (velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput, burndown, among others) to support continuous improvement. * Knowledge of **reporting and analytics tools**, such as **Power BI** or advanced **Microsoft Excel**. ### **Behavioral Profile Requirements** * Team\-oriented mindset, proactivity, sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **What can you expect from us?** Mind\-blowing workplace culture.
