Share and live the company culture on a daily basis We are currently recruiting for a renowned telecommunications company based in Porto, seeking French-Speaking Customer Advisors to join its dynamic and rapidly growing team. What you will do: Respond to incoming calls and digital customer requests. Welcome, advise, and propose customized solutions regarding topics such as subscriptions, billing, and technical support. Share and live the company culture daily with your team. What we are looking for: Language: French at C2 level. Location: Residence within 30 km of the Porto office (on-site position). Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude. Salary and Benefits: Base salary: €1,020 gross/month (paid 14 times per year). Meal voucher: €9.60 net per working day (approximately €211 net per month). Performance bonus: Fixed €100 for the first three months, then performance-based (paid 12 times per year). Quality bonus: Up to €150 gross per month. Permanent contract after 3 months. Other benefits: Private health insurance and life insurance (after 4 months). Public transport reimbursement up to €40/month.
