Job Summary: We are seeking Call Center Operators focused on outbound contact, identifying customer needs, and scheduling commercial visits. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: - Your main responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to identify potential customers' needs and schedule in-home commercial visits. Requirements: - Excellent communication and empathy; - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally; - Enjoy helping and solving problems; - Prior experience in outbound call centers. Offer: - Initial theoretical training from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; - Working hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday, with weekends off; - Base salary: €920 + €8 meal allowance.
