Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and resilient call center operators to contact customers, present tariff plans, and convert calls into subscriptions. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: - Your main responsibilities will include contacting potential customers by phone, presenting the benefits of tariff plans, and converting calls into subscriptions. Requirements: - Previous experience in outbound call-center operations; - Good communication skills; - Strong commercial motivation and enthusiasm for challenges; - Results-oriented mindset and persuasive communication skills - Dynamism and resilience; - Proficiency in using computers; Offer: - Paid initial training; - Full-time working schedule – 40 hours per week; - Base salary + Meal allowance + Pro-rata benefits + Performance bonus.
