We are currently recruiting for a prestigious client company active in the Call Center and Contact Center sector (m/f). We seek strong communicators (m/f) with a dynamic profile and high motivation who are looking for a stable workplace. Your daily responsibilities will include: contacting customers to present energy solutions; clarifying questions regarding services and ongoing campaigns; ensuring professional, approachable, and goal-oriented service. Work Location: Colombo Working Hours: Full-time, between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Days Off: Weekends To succeed in this challenge, you must meet the following requirements: - Experience in call centers within the energy sector (preferred); - Sales experience (preferred); - Strong argumentation and communication skills; - User-level computer literacy; - Enthusiasm for goal-oriented work; - Good diction; - Dynamism; - Attendance and punctuality; - Enjoyment of teamwork.
