Your responsibilities will include: - Managing inbound and outbound contacts with clients interested in insurance and other services; - Clarifying doubts and presenting solutions tailored to clients’ needs; - Promoting and selling insurance products and energy services; - Maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring high-quality customer service. Requirements: - Completion of secondary education (12th grade); - Prior experience in call centers and/or commercial roles (preferred); - Experience in the insurance sector; - PDEADS certification (Persons Directly Involved in Insurance Distribution Activities) (preferred); - Availability for rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00. What we offer: - Training allowance: €5.31/hour + €4.52 meal subsidy; - Base salary: €950; - Meal subsidy: €6.83; - Monthly proportional payments.
