You will be responsible for delivering efficient customer service via telephone, messenger, and email—following established procedures—to both bank customers and non-customers. Communications will focus on clarifying queries and providing information regarding the bank’s product and service offerings. Responsibilities Provide support and clarify customer inquiries via telephone, messenger, and email; Cross-sell banking products and services; Conduct outbound campaigns targeting the bank’s existing customers; Coordinate customer requests with other relevant departments whenever necessary; Keep customers informed about the progress of ongoing or developing cases. Profile Minimum educational requirement: completion of secondary education (12th grade); Professional experience in contact centers within the banking sector (preferred); English conversation skills (optional); Excellent communication and persuasive abilities; Customer- and quality-oriented mindset; Strong sense of responsibility, seriousness, and professionalism; Availability to work between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday; Good computer proficiency.
