Summary: Supervise and motivate the cleaning team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and quality, supporting the Executive Housekeeper in management. Highlights: 1. Manage and motivate a cleaning team to achieve high quality standards. 2. Supervise and train the team for operational excellence. 3. Support the Executive Housekeeper and assume departmental responsibilities in her absence. * Conduct daily inspections of all guest rooms, public areas, building exteriors, and back-of-house areas to ensure the highest cleaning standards are met. • Conduct daily briefings and on-the-job training to motivate the team and achieve the highest quality standards. • Supervise the cleaning team across all tasks and activities. • Actively support the Executive Housekeeper in managing shifts and room attendants. • Assume responsibility for the department during the Executive Housekeeper’s absence. • Ensure all procedures are followed by colleagues. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper. * Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management at a 5-star hotel. • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are preferred. • Strong management and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage and motivate a team while enhancing their competencies. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to use organizational software.
