In this role, you will coordinate operations where regulatory compliance is critical. If you have experience in waste management and education in Environmental Science, this is your opportunity to grow professionally in a challenging and impactful environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Coordination and Supervision** * Coordinate the administrative team, assign tasks, and ensure work quality. **Administrative Waste Management** * Supervise admission documentation and validate compliance with permits; * Review traceability records and communicate with producers and transporters; * Implement process improvements; **Legal and Regulatory Compliance** * Monitor compliance with environmental permits and applicable legislation; * Manage mandatory documentation (e\-GAR, DGAV, MIRR); * Communicate with competent authorities. **Quality Management** * Ensure compliance of agricultural corrective products and batch traceability; * Coordinate sludge management plans. **Administrative Processes** * Manage documentation, archiving, and databases. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Agronomy, Chemistry, or Biology. **Essential Competencies:** * Knowledge of environmental legislation and waste management; * Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001; * Leadership and team supervision capability; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Knowledge of information systems and databases; * Ability to communicate with regulatory authorities; * Analytical thinking and compliance orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in waste or environmental management; * Experience in regulatory compliance; * Knowledge of document management tools. **Additional Information** **Why Join Veolia?** * Be part of a purpose-driven organization that makes a difference; * Work in a dynamic, international environment; * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Contribute to building a more sustainable future; * Top Employer 2026 **Location:** Veolia Organic Valorization \- Coruche **Contract Type:** Permanent Contract (Indefinite Term) **Become an Agent of Ecological Transformation!
