#### **Store: Coimbra**
#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* Deliver proactive, personalized, and mobile customer service, establishing the foundation for building a relationship of trust that ensures customer loyalty;
* Be responsible for selling solutions to customers, anticipating and accurately identifying the needs of the resident customer, supporting them in selecting the best solution (product + complementary items + service) to meet their needs;
* Possess in-depth knowledge of the product range in your department and its complementary offerings, conveying confidence and professionalism to the resident customer;
* Ensure your shelf space is Clean, Well-Branded, and Safe, striving for an attractive presentation of products on shelves/podiums, as well as all educational materials and informational signage (labels and pricing);
* Contribute to maintaining high stock quality in your department by implementing necessary action plans to address AVS (Abnormal Stock Variance), non-living items, excess stock, and visual stockouts, ensuring effective communication flow with the Store Logistics team;
* Proactively conduct self-audits of the aisle(s) under your responsibility, promoting cleanliness of displays, shelving, aisles, and advisory points;
* Support complaint management, SPV (Sales Performance Verification) processes, and returns.

* Educational qualifications equivalent to 12th grade / Technical Professional Course;
* 1–2 years of experience as a salesperson;
* Solid user-level computer skills;
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities;
* Excellent communication skills, strong business and results orientation;
* Initiative, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit;
* Passion for customers and their needs;
* Interest in technical products and their applications;
