HOUSE COMFORT, a home care service provider, as part of its growth plan and commitment to delivering excellence in service, seeks to recruit a Senior Technician (m/f) with academic qualifications and experience in the field, and outstanding performance in client interaction and team leadership, for Lagoa Position Title: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR (m/f) – Lagoa (Algarve) Main Responsibilities: · Develop and implement technical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care delivery. · Supervise the healthcare professional team, ensuring continuous training and compliance with regulatory standards. · Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Actively participate in patient needs assessment and development of personalized care plans. · Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in service delivery. · Preparation of proposals/quotations; · On-the-job training. Requirements: · Higher education degree in social and behavioral sciences, health, or social services; preferably with professional experience relevant to the role; · Proven experience in leadership roles within healthcare settings; · In-depth knowledge of regulations and best practices in home support services; · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
