Promotes the social and cultural development of groups and communities by organizing and implementing recreational, educational, cultural, and leisure activities to foster integration, well-being, and individual autonomy, operating in municipal facilities or other venues that may be activated. Plans intervention projects, diagnoses needs, and utilizes diverse resources to create an environment encouraging participation and improved quality of life, working with empathy and sensitivity. Diagnoses and analyzes, within interdisciplinary technical teams, situations and intervention areas relevant to target groups and their surrounding environments. Observes and collects information supporting assessment of intervention contexts and evaluation of activities and projects. Plans and implements sociocultural intervention activities. Encourages active participation of individuals, fostering greater sociocultural dynamism both individually and collectively. Collaborates and promotes network-building among various community stakeholders. Evaluates implemented Sociocultural Animation activities.
