Stability and continuous training #### **About the Site Supervisor (M/F) Role** We are expanding our team and looking for a **Site Supervisor** to join our organization, responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site construction work. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Daily coordination and supervision of on-site construction work; * Organization and management of work teams; * Assignment and monitoring of tasks for workers; * Coordination and supervision of subcontractors; * Quality control and proper execution of works; * Monitoring of materials, equipment, and resources required for the project; * Control and adherence to the established schedule and deadlines; * Liaison with the Site Management and other stakeholders; * Identification and resolution of issues arising during construction; * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and defined procedures; * Supervision and control of works on both private and public projects; * Regular site visits and supervision in the **Viseu region**. ### **Required Profile** * Professional experience as a **Site Supervisor**; * Experience coordinating teams and civil construction works; * Solid knowledge of various construction phases and execution methods; * Leadership, organizational, and team management skills; * Valid driver's license; * Willingness to travel within the Viseu region. ### **What We Offer** * Integration into a **growing company and a dynamic team**; * Stability and integration into a professional team; * Continuous training and mentoring; * Opportunity for professional development and **career progression**; * Employment contract; * Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and responsibilities.
