We are currently seeking a Quality, Environment and Energy Coordinator. Work location: Meirinhas – Pombal Reporting to the General Director, the candidate will have the following main responsibilities: · Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Energy, and Product), guaranteeing its continuous improvement; · Organize and plan Quality \& Environment control; · Collaborate in resolving technical product complaints; · Ensure compliance with legal requirements for Environment and Quality; · Prepare and plan audits; · Manage and coordinate the Quality, Environment, and Energy team; · Ensure awareness of customer requirements across the entire organization. **Desired Profile:** · Higher education degree in Engineering or related fields; · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles; · Strong orientation toward internal customers; · Good written and spoken English language skills; · Decision-making ability, responsibility, autonomy, proactivity, and team spirit; · Experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality and environmental management systems according to ISO 9001; 14001 and 50001 standards; (Legal compliance competence is essential) · Knowledge of local laws, regulations, guidelines, and standards regarding environment and quality. **What We Offer:** · Integration into a solid and growing company; · Dynamic work environment; · Competitive compensation aligned with role and experience (base salary between €1,800 and €2,300); · Health insurance. · Meal allowance via card of €8 per day.
