You should meet the following requirements: * **Minimum required qualification: Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields; * **Availability for a Professional Internship (Mandatory);** * Interest and motivation for performance marketing, paid traffic, and data analysis; * Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (practical experience is valued); * Knowledge of conversion fundamentals, sales funnels, and digital metrics; * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and results orientation; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Strong communication skills, organization, prioritization, and deadline adherence; * Good command of English and Spanish; * Proactive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn; * Passion for animals.
