We are looking for an **Operations Planning Specialist** for **Carnaxide**. Join us! **YOUR CHALLENGE** As part of the **Operations Planning Directorate**, the candidate will assume the following responsibilities: * Propose and ensure production and distribution requirements planning for logistics centers, considering business and industrial variables, thereby guaranteeing the organization’s delivery capacity; * Analyze sales forecasts / market and logistics center sales performance; * Manage stock expiration dates, including analysis of compliance with agreed expiration rules for market supply; * Define and propose the development, standardization of processes, and appropriate best practices for operations planning activities, based on business needs and requirements; * Support efficiency, technological optimization, and innovation projects in planning and industrial operations, ensuring proper coordination with internal and external areas; * Define and monitor Operations Planning management indicators. **WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** * Higher education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Management, Engineering, or Logistics; * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in similar roles; * Experience with SAP, preferably APO; * Knowledge of international trade (preferred); * User-level IT skills, strong proficiency in advanced Excel; * English language proficiency; * Strong analytical ability; * Critical thinking, flexibility, and resilience More than an ideal CV, we seek individuals who embody our values.
