Job Summary: We are seeking a Nurse with strong geriatric vocation and leadership capability to join the team at Santo António Nursing Home, focused on quality of care. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional with strong geriatric vocation, sense of responsibility, and leadership ability. Candidates with prior experience as Technical Director in ERPI facilities—or with solid knowledge of the legal and operational requirements associated with this role—are especially valued. Main Responsibilities: * Provision of nursing care to residents * Supervision and follow-up of individual care plans * Coordination with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals * Support for technical and operational coordination of the social response * Implementation and monitoring of quality procedures and best practices Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Valid registration with the Portuguese Nurses’ Association (Ordem dos Enfermeiros) * Experience in ERPI settings or geriatric care * Prior experience as Technical Director will be highly valued * Organizational skills, leadership ability, and teamwork capability * Commitment, empathy, and orientation toward quality of care We Offer: * Integration into a stable, multidisciplinary team * A project focused on quality of care and residents’ well-being * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience * Opportunity to assume technical coordination and directorship responsibilities Salary: €850.00 per month Work Location: On-site
