Summary: This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer and affiliate partners, negotiating agreements, and driving sales growth through strategic campaigns and performance tracking. Engage partners in marketing campaigns for long-term collaboration ROLE: Identify, assess, and establish contact with new influencers and affiliate partners across domestic and international markets; Recruit, onboard, and engage partners in marketing campaigns to ensure long\-term collaboration; Negotiate commercial agreements, campaign terms, and performance\-based incentives; Develop and execute initiatives focused on sales growth while reactivating inactive partners; Track partner performance, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross\-selling, and market expansion; Work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaigns, promotional offers, and commercial assets. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field; At least 1 year of experience in marketing management; Self\-motivated, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively; Strong analytical and communication skills, with fluency in English; Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
