Job Summary: We are seeking a Health Solutions Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in the development and implementation of innovative health solutions, driving transformation and innovation in pharmacies. Develop strategy for health solutions and manage external partnerships We are currently recruiting a Health Solutions Manager to join a leading organization in the healthcare sector, playing a pivotal role in transforming and innovating pharmacies through high-impact solutions, services, and projects. The Health Solutions Manager will be responsible for ensuring leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams in developing and implementing innovative health solutions, as well as aligning projects and initiatives with the Organization’s strategic priorities. They will also play a fundamental role in promoting cross-functional collaboration, driving operational excellence, team development, and a culture of innovation, ethics, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop health solutions strategy based on internal vision, benchmarking, and internal/external context; * Coordinate the health solutions area, including managing activities related to the design and implementation of new health services and interventions; * Coordinate the implementation of pharmacy-based intervention projects; * Coordinate Health Literacy activities; * Monitor pharmacy-based services and interventions nationally and internationally; * Communicate and manage external relationships with partners, including regulatory authorities, scientific societies, academic institutions, healthcare providers, health insurers, local municipalities, among others; * Manage relationships with pharmacies to promote service delivery; * Foster pharmacy engagement and active participation in implementing health solutions; * Lead, motivate, and develop a senior team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented work environment. **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Integrated Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related fields; * Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in healthcare project management; * Proven experience leading senior teams; * Prior experience in innovative healthcare initiatives and/or transformation of care delivery; * Strong active communication skills and ability to manage external partner relationships; * Rigor and commitment to data quality; * Ability to make decisions based on insights and expertise.
