Field Supervisor (m/f) to reinforce the Commercial Team – Customers and Modern Distribution in the Viseu Geographic Area RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor client-defined promotional campaigns, ensuring: adherence to timing schedules, in-store visibility, correct use of shelf space, and proper implementation of decorative materials * Track the shelf planogram defined for each point of sale, guarantee product availability on shelves and correct linear implementation according to brand guidelines * Negotiate and implement additional shelf space, ensuring visibility of permanent shelf spaces * Ensure collection and reporting of relevant information at the point of sale: stockouts, price shopping, hygiene seals, new product launches, negotiated shelf spaces, among others * Identify opportunities for promotional activities and negotiate them in-store, in accordance with each client’s established dynamics, and supervise the work of shelf-stackers and promoters REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Communication or related fields * Knowledge of the modern retail channel and in-store dynamics (preferred) * Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal communication ability * Excellent organizational skills and results-oriented mindset WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and qualifications * Permanent employment contract * Company benefits in effect (health insurance, possibility of additional vacation days, among others) Join us in promoting healthy food.
