Young and dynamic work environment **Hiring Export Sales Representative (M/F)** We are looking for a professional with strong commercial orientation and passion for building trust-based relationships with clients, who can actively contribute to the growth and consolidation of our presence in international markets. French fluency (spoken and written) is an essential requirement for performing this role, enabling effective communication with international clients and partners. **Job Description:** * Manage and develop the client portfolio, ensuring client retention and prospecting for new business opportunities; * Promote and sell company products through sales visits, proposal presentations, and representing the company at international trade fairs; * Monitor market developments, analyze competition, trends, and customer needs, contributing to the definition of commercial strategy; * Oversee the sales process, including order management, proposals, purchase orders, and coordination with internal teams; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, particularly regarding information security, and perform other functions compatible with the role as required; * Report directly to the Commercial Director, ensuring alignment of sales activities with the company’s strategy and objectives. **Candidate Requirements:** * Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing, International Relations, International Trade, and/or relevant experience in the same or similar roles; * Experience in the tools sector, especially in sales, will be valued; * **Fluency in French, both spoken and written (mandatory);** * Computer literacy; * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel; * Strong customer orientation with proven sales skills; * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities; * Proactive, dynamic profile oriented toward excellence and results delivery. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing company with a young and dynamic work environment; * Initial onboarding and continuous training to support professional development; * Opportunity for career advancement and professional development; * Immediate start; * Competitive remuneration aligned with experience and profile demonstrated.
