Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Preparer (M/F) to join projects in the Lisbon region, responsible for technical preparation, project analysis, and support to site management. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent working environment and continuous training InovBuild is currently experiencing growth and aims to strengthen its team by hiring a Site Preparer (M/F) to join projects in the Lisbon region. We seek a professional with experience in technical site preparation, capable of analyzing and interpreting architectural and specialist project documentation, preparing technical drawings and detailing, performing measurements and quantifications, coordinating projects, and supporting site management in defining optimal construction solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring coordination among the site, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors, guaranteeing that all necessary technical information for proper execution of works is duly prepared and up to date. We are looking for candidates with a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; experience in site preparation roles (preferably over two years); strong knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; and Revit/BIM knowledge is considered an advantage.
