Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team, responsible for technical analysis, team coordination, and project management. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and supervise construction teams, ensuring deadlines and technical execution. 2. Represent the company to clients, proposing alternatives and negotiating. 3. Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards. We are recruiting a Construction Director (m/f) for our Refrigeration team. Responsibilities: * Perform technical analysis of contracts by reviewing specifications / awarded proposals / supporting designs to ensure timely and adequate preparation of construction work. * Coordinate and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and RACE's internal team, controlling the defined schedule and allocating necessary resources to meet deadlines and ensure appropriate technical execution. * Represent the company to clients, responding to client requests, adjusting available resources and subcontractor schedules as needed, proposing suitable technical alternatives, and negotiating additional work. * Collaborate with the Procurement department, providing necessary inputs for procurement / subcontracting processes and ensuring alignment between delivery timelines and project requirements, assisting (if required) in identifying alternatives. * Monitor project costs and revenues, ensuring adherence to—and preferably improvement upon—the budgeted solution. * Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever the situation demands, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities. * Manage problem resolution by developing action plans and intervening whenever the situation demands, to safeguard project profitability and efficiency and resolve potential non-conformities. * Coordinate handover of installations to the client, verifying compliance with specified requirements, providing all contractually mandated information, and jointly conducting project acceptance with the client. * Ensure that the team complies with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards in accordance with RACE’s QAS Management procedures, guaranteeing that activities meet required standards. * Coordinate Human Resources under their responsibility and supervise implementation of the Organization’s current HR policies to ensure staff motivation and development, thereby maximizing human capital within their teams.
