Join a growing company with a dynamic environment Work Location: A\-dos\-Cunhados Grupo Patrícia Pilar is recruiting a Civil Engineer to strengthen its team, seeking a professional capable of managing construction projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring the achievement of defined objectives regarding quality, deadlines, and efficiency. Main Responsibilities * Manage and supervise construction projects from planning to completion; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and monitor various stakeholders; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards; * Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies; * Prepare progress reports and ensure financial and resource management for projects. Desired Profile Mandatory Requirements * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with the Order of Engineers; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil construction project management; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards and regulations; * Leadership and team management capabilities. Preferred Competencies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and sense of responsibility; * Ability to work under pressure and manage demanding deadlines. Contractual and Remuneration Conditions (Pursuant to Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency) * Employment contract in accordance with applicable legislation; * Application of the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT) between AICCOPN and SETACCOP; * Reference professional category: Civil Engineer; * Monthly base salary: €1,500 to €3,000, depending on relevant experience, demonstrated autonomy, applicable qualifications, and suitability for the role; * Meal allowance: €6 per day effectively worked; * Opportunities for professional advancement based on objective criteria, including performance, training, experience, autonomy, responsibility, and company needs. The indicated remuneration complies with the minimum wage table of the applicable CCT, with placement within the specified range determined by objective and gender-neutral criteria.
