




We are looking for a **proactive, organized, and communicative** person to join our team in the **Administrative** area. **Main responsibilities:** * Assist with the company's administrative and operational routines; * Preparation and management of documents, reports, and correspondence; * Support to finance and sales areas when necessary; * Support **Human Resources** functions, including: * Timesheets and attendance tracking; * **Hiring and termination** processes for employees; * Preparation and management of **employment contracts**. **Requirements:** * Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email, etc.); * Previous experience in administrative roles will be valued; * Driver's license (own car preferred); * Immediate availability. **Compensation:** Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications). **Location:** Setúbal **Working hours:** Mon\-Fri 08:00\-17:00 Type of offer: Full Time Benefits: * Company mobile phone
