In practice, your day\-to\-day You will be part of a strategic department within the bank, whose main objective is to contribute to the organization's transformation. You will develop skills in areas such as cross-functional communication and managing the various components inherent to a transformation process. As an ACE Project Manager (ACE \= Action for Continuous Enhancement), your role involves implementing the Continuous Improvement program, supported by Kaizen, Lean, BPM, and Agile practices, and acting as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company, contributing to increased productivity, reduced overhead costs and risk exposure, as well as customer and partner satisfaction. In practice, you will support the annual planning of the Continuous Improvement program, develop ACE \& BPM projects, and monitor the implementation of approved improvement plans, guiding teams, conducting comparative analyses of performance indicators, and promoting potential adjustment actions. You will also support and train teams involved in projects, as well as promote a culture of Continuous Improvement through coaching, communication, awareness campaigns, and training. You will explore new ways to communicate and structure information, create, implement, and adapt plans that support change management. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the job market, as within the department you will interact with both realities of the organization: the "Business as Usual" and the Transformation \- "Change".
