Promotion of a safety and environmental culture SOPAC, a company within the ADP Fertilizantes Group, is seeking to recruit a Shift Supervisor (m/f) for our Setúbal Manufacturing Unit. **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure smooth operation of the production or bagging and dispatch process; * Coordinate operational teams; * Identify, propose, and implement corrective measures; * Promote a safety culture, ensuring compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations within the company. **What We Are Looking For:** * Completion of 12th grade (mandatory); * Technical training in maintenance-related fields; * Availability to work on rotating shifts; * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Chemical Processing Industry (preferred); * Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in team leadership roles (mandatory); * Analytical ability to propose improvement plans and actions; * Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, and sense of responsibility; * Residence within the municipality of Setúbal (preferred). **What We Offer:** * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Training, opportunities for professional development, and direct employment contract with the company; * Comprehensive social benefits package, including health insurance for employee and family members, and various bonuses; * Integration into a challenging and multidisciplinary environment.
