Independently or as part of a team, preparation of opinions and projects of varying complexity, and performance of other general and specialized support activities within common instrumental and operational areas of agencies and services. Functions performed with technical autonomy and responsibility, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision. Representation of the agency or service on matters within one’s area of expertise, making technically grounded decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance.
