Responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance **Multifunctional Maintenance Technician – Brigade** Municipal Company Cascais Envolvente The Company: Municipal Company Cascais Envolvente is responsible for the operation, administration, and social management of municipal housing properties and facilities. The Role: * Minimum two years’ proven experience in multifunctional civil construction roles; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks — carrying out simple painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works; * Manage material requirements; Profile: * Professional experience of 2 to 5 years * Sense of responsibility * Teamwork ability with a positive approach * Communication, organizational, and proactive skills * Valid driver’s license required Terms: \- Career/Category: Operational Assistant; \- Fixed-term contract for 1 year (with possibility of renewal); \- Remuneration: 934.99€; \- Meal allowance: 6.15€/day; \- Working hours: 35 hours per week; \- Schedule: 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00.
