Real opportunity for career progression **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across various stations to ensure all stations have the vehicles selected by customers in optimal operating and presentation condition; * Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by group, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Arrange and authorize vehicle relocations, create transfer slips, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, about scheduled relocations; * Conduct internal audits by randomly inspecting vehicles and cross-referencing with existing computerized records; * Report mechanical issues reported by customers upon vehicle return, assess the vehicle’s condition, request towing, and forward it to the workshop, verifying mileage and fuel level, and issuing refueling instructions if needed; * Activate the “ready-to-go” status of vehicles on the platform, notifying subcontracted staff to position vehicles at the appropriate location in the parking area; * Ensure all vehicles carry the required documentation to comply with legal requirements and internal policies; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle functionalities and addressing questions when necessary; * Perform vehicle check-in upon customer returns, inspecting and recording any damages; * Record Sixt fuel receipts on the platform for cost control; * Analyze the monthly fuel report, cross-checking data with platform entries to detect and correct errors; * Submit monthly information regarding Via Verde devices per station for inventory control; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled vehicle inspections, rendering them unavailable for rental, and notify subcontracted staff to dispatch them to the workshop; * Carry out other activities not previously specified but necessary to achieve objectives and ensure Sixt’s smooth operation. **Profile** ---------- * Minimum mandatory education (12th grade); * Minimum 1 year of professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language proficiency; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Category B driver’s license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable group, currently implementing multiple growth-oriented projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real opportunity for career progression based on performance and demonstrated competencies; * Favorable working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
