Join a global automotive components group in a dynamic environment #### **About the Financial Controller Role** Our client company, part of an **internationally renowned automotive components manufacturing group**, is currently recruiting a **Controlling Technician** to strengthen its team. **Main Responsibilities** **Payroll** * Payroll processing, with direct reporting to the line manager; * Communication of **statutory labor reporting obligations** to relevant authorities (Social Security, Compensation Funds, Insurance); * Analysis and **clarification of payroll-related issues** with various stakeholders, especially employees. **Controlling** * Preparation of **analytical management support reports**; * Monitoring of **current costs and revenues**; * Analysis of **forecasted costs and revenues**; * Monitoring and analysis of **departmental expenditure variances**. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting** (preferred), Management, Economics, Finance or related field; * Completed **Master’s degree** (preferred); * Professional experience of **0 to 5 years** in similar roles; * Registration or accreditation process with the **Order of Certified Accountants** will be valued (non-eliminatory); * Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills**; * High **attention to detail** and good organizational skills; * **Strong communication skills** and interpersonal abilities; ### **Benefits** * Salary commensurate with the role and level of responsibility; * Employment contract type determined by candidate profile; * Opportunity for professional development in the field; * Training tailored to the company's and position's needs; * Opportunity to join a world-renowned automotive components manufacturing group in a dynamic and innovative environment.
