Job Summary: A Direct Action Assistant supports elderly individuals or people with specific needs in daily routines, hygiene, feeding, and social or leisure accompaniment, ensuring their well-being and promoting autonomy. Teamwork and good interpersonal relationships The Direct Action Assistant must provide direct support to users—such as elderly individuals or persons with specific needs—in their daily routines, hygiene, feeding, and social or leisure accompaniment. Responsibilities include ensuring user well-being, stimulating autonomy, assisting with mobility, and collaborating in organizing activities and maintaining environments. Responsibilities: * Support and ensure regular feeding of users; * Provide hygiene and comfort care to users and collaborate in delivering such care; * Conduct daytime and/or nighttime accompaniment of users, guiding, assisting, and encouraging them according to their interests and motivations, and participating in leisure time occupation; * Collect and maintain utensils and equipment used in service; * Report relevant incidents related to performed duties to the institution, including coordination with the technical team, transmitting pertinent information regarding services rendered, and identifying abnormal situations concerning users; * Drive the institution’s vehicles. Profile: * Responsible and autonomous; * Proactive; * Dynamic; * Good interpersonal relationship with users and team members; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work in a team and foster a positive team environment; * Availability for rotating shifts. Preferred Qualifications: * Relevant training; * Experience in the field; * Driver’s license — Category B.
