Job Summary: The Tomar Social Assistance Center is seeking a Direct Action Assistant to provide support to elderly individuals, promoting care and well-being through multidisciplinary teams. Response to unforeseen events and focus on improvement/results About Us: The Tomar Social Assistance Center (CAST) is a social solidarity institution that supports elderly individuals, promoting care, well-being, safety, and quality of life through social responses delivered by multidisciplinary teams. Position: Direct Action Assistant Reporting to: Technical Director Workplace: S. José Residential Care Home — Carrascal, Alvito, Tomar Mandatory Requirements: Training in Geriatrics or Auxiliary Health Technician, including care for dependent elderly and those with dementia, or proven professional experience, and a valid driver's license. Desirable Competencies: Orientation towards elderly users, teamwork, organization, response to unforeseen events, and focus on improvement/results. Note: Assignment to social response services may be adjusted according to the Institution's needs.
