Recruitment of a Childhood Educator We are a company located in the municipality of Gondomar and are currently seeking a childhood educator with the following characteristics: Desired Profile: * High degree of responsibility, creativity, and availability. * Resilience to overcome obstacles and seek alternative strategies for problem solving. * Enjoyment in working with children and youth. * Ability to work as part of a team. * Dynamism and initiative. Main Responsibilities: * Promote children's physical and intellectual development. * Stimulate the discovery of individuality, social interest, and integrated development in children. * Encourage motor, psychological, and emotional skills in students. * Plan and organize annual activities. * Develop strategies for healthy motor, psychological, emotional, moral, social, and intellectual development of students. * Ensure comprehensive development of children both individually and in groups. * Maintain good relationships with parents and students. Requirements: * Strong resilience and stress management skills. Qualifications: * Post-Bologna Master's degree or pre-Bologna Bachelor's degree. * Experience in the field (preferred). * Driver's license (preferred). * Position starts in September.
