Job Description A company specializing in renovation and rehabilitation works is looking for a Qualified Renovation Worker to join its team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out renovation works in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. Main Responsibilities * Execution of masonry, plastering, and installation of cladding works; * Completion of minor carpentry, painting, and finishing works; * Installation and repair of construction elements; * Basic reading and interpretation of project plans and technical drawings; * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; * Collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth progress of construction projects. Requirements * Proven experience in renovation and rehabilitation works; * Knowledge across various civil construction disciplines (e.g., masonry, painting, drywall, cladding, etc.); * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and precision; * Driver’s license (preferred); * Immediate availability (preferred).
