Opportunity for professional advancement We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (M/F) for a company located in the Vila Real area. Responsibilities: Preparing budgets; reading and interpreting technical drawings and reports; organizing project files and documentation; purchasing materials and labor; analyzing and controlling costs; daily site logging. Requirements: - Completion of 12th grade or higher education in relevant engineering fields; - Experience in budgeting within the civil construction sector; - Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel; - Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills; - Strong leadership and team management capabilities; - Good knowledge of reading and interpreting structural, finishing, and specialty drawings (preferred); - Knowledge of construction measurement; - Experience in procurement; - Ability to work independently, versatility, and problem-solving skills; - Valid driver's license. Working Hours: Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, with legally mandated breaks.
