Opportunity for career progression and professional development MULTISKILLED TECHNICIAN – ELECTRICAL WORK AND PLUMBING (WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE) A growing company in the modular construction and modern housing sector is expanding its technical team and seeks an experienced Multiskilled Technician in electrical work and plumbing for immediate integration. Main Responsibilities: • Execution of electrical installations in modular homes and residential constructions; • Cable routing, electrical panel assembly, sockets, switches, and lighting installation; • Installation and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems; • Assembly and connection of sanitary equipment and plumbing fixtures; • Diagnosis and resolution of electrical and hydraulic faults; • Support in civil construction, finishing works, and assembly as required; • Ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and on-site safety standards. Mandatory Requirements: • Proven experience in electrical work and plumbing (eliminatory criterion); • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings; • General knowledge of civil construction and maintenance; • Autonomy in task execution and problem-solving capability; • Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; • Teamwork ability and good interpersonal skills; • Driving license (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in modular or prefabricated construction; • Knowledge of home automation and residential automation; • Technical certifications in the field of electricity; • Experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
