Requirements: Physical capability: Good physical condition and agility for material handling and mortar preparation; Technical support: Direct assistance to skilled workers (masons/painters), site cleaning and organization; Attitude: Punctuality, proactivity, and teamwork; Knowledge: Basic familiarity with power tools (grinders, drills, etc.); Personal vehicle (preferred).
